1 Educational Support at Ivinar Park Academy
Teaching Responsibilities: Plan, teach, and assess ICT lessons for students from Form 1 to Form 4 at Ivinar Park Academy, ensuring that they meet the curriculum standards.
Tertiary Course Assistance: Assist in the teaching of tertiary-level ICT courses at Ivinar Park Academy, supporting the main instructor and providing additional help to students.
Gamification of Learning: Develop and implement gamification strategies to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes in ICT courses.

2. Technical Support
   Hardware and Software Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot ICT-related hardware and software across Trukumb Mining, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
   System and Network Administration: Monitor and support the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations, including updates to network security measures.
3. Website Development and Management
   Website Design and Maintenance: Develop, design, and maintain the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s branding.
   Digital Presence Management: Assist in managing the company’s online presence, including updates to the website, and supporting digital marketing efforts.
4. Data Management and Visualization
   Data Handling: Collect, store, and analyze business data, maintaining data integrity and security across various platforms.
   Data Visualization: Use tools to create visual representations of data that support business decision-making and reporting needs.
5. Business Development Support
   Software Customization: Work on small-scale software development and customization projects to meet specific business requirements.
   ICT Skill Gap Identification: Identify ICT skill gaps within the company and suggest training or solutions to address these needs.
   Business Intelligence: Generate reports and insights that support the business development manager in strategic planning and operations.
6. Project Support
   IT Project Assistance: Participate in the implementation of new software systems or technology upgrades, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
7. Innovation and Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions that could benefit both the company and the academy.
8. Training and User Support
   Employee Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on new software or technology systems.
   User Documentation: Create user guides and documentation for both company staff and students at the academy.
9. Vendor Liaison
   Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, including negotiating contracts and evaluating new technology solutions.
